It has the very sought after 380 V8 engine and automatic transmission. The car comes complete with its factory hard top. This Mercedes really is a credit to its former keepers with the car being meticulously maintained over the years, its hard to believe that the car is 32 years old. 1964 Vauxhall Cresta PB 2600cc Manual with Overdrive. Cactus Green over Moorland Green with grey leather upholstery. Supplied new by Barnards Vauxhall in Ipswich and still displaying their original plaque. This Cresta has had only 3 previous owners during its 53 years. The car presents well and has a lovely patina which shows how it has been cherished over time. The car drives very well with the straight six engine very smooth and still pulling well, the three speed column change selects correctly with a working overdrive. The panels are very straight and true with good gaps and shuts and the interior leather has a lovely age with no rips or tears. According to How Many Left there are now only three PB Crestas registered on the road in the UK so we think the rarity of this car makes it a sound investment. This is not a trailer queen but a very presentable car that is extremely usable and happy in modern traffic. We think this is a car that any enthusiast would be pleased to own. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Please contact us for any further information. 1967 Jaguar MK II 3.8 Manual Overdrive. Opalescent dark blue with grey leather upholstery. The ultimate iteration of the Mark II model. This fantastic Jaguar is an original home market right hand drive car. This late model MK II was supplied with full specification which included wire wheels, power steering, limited slip differential and the improved gearbox. The car was put into storage in approximately 1976 and remained there until 1988. The car was then treated to a two stage restoration, phase one was undertaken and the brief to the restorer was to keep the Jaguar as original as possible, this meant lead loading as necessary during a bare metal re-paint to the original dark blue. This work was completed in early 1990 at a cost of GBP 14,000. The second phase of the restoration was undertaken by Vicarage, their invoice GBP 8757. The history file contains all of the restoration invoices as well as rebuild photographs and an invoice for the engine re-build as well as a copy of the original log book. Phase two was completed in 1992. In 1993 the car was sold and has resided in the Nederlands, no expense has been spared on the upkeep and the history file comes up to date and the Jaguar has only covered 6,000 miles since restoration. The car starts on the button and drives without fault. The 3.8 engine is very strong and pulls very well with the correct oil pressure. The Jaguar has also had coopercraft calipers and vented discs fitted as well as an upgraded power steering rack. We rarely see a history file as comprehensive as the one offered with this car. 1930 Ford Model A Coupe Cabriolet. Yellow and Black with black upholstery and a black hood. Promoted by Ford as combining `the smart, youthful style of the Roadster and the snug, all-weather comfort of the Coupe', the Convertible Cabriolet's premium price tag meant that it accounted for just 1.25% of Model A production. Sub-contracted to the Briggs Manufacturing Company, its Type 68 coachwork featured an opening windscreen, easy-fold soft-top, dickey seat and wind-up windows. Belonging to Charles Streett of Maryland for twenty-eight years before arriving in the U.K. during November 2013, chassis A3281294 was sourced by the previous owner for use at his French holiday home. Authenticated by Andy MacLean of the Ford Model A Club of GB and subsequently UK road registered, `BF 6788' presents as an older restoration. The car drives very well and tracks particularly true for a Model A, it sports an alternator and rides on new tyres.
