1961 Jaguar MK II Coombs Replica 4.2 Automatic. A truly magnificent 1961 MkII Jaguar built replicating a Coombs car from the sixties. This fast, road going MkII is a totally magnificent example having recently been imported into the UK from Australia and was manufactured on the 27th of October 1961 and exported to Perth on the 16th of November in the same year. This car has been built with an unlimited budget with fast road use in mind using a 4.2 engine and an automatic gearbox and is well known by the Australian Jaguar Car Club where the owner/builder was an active member. The Opalescent Green paint, open wheel arches, chrome wire wheels and louvered bonnet are all reminiscent of the 2 or 3 dozen modifications available from Coombs of Guildford in the sixties. With its richly trimmed interior and 'sporting' look, this classic MkII must appeal to anyone with an interest in these timeless Jaguars. Supplied with a current MOT until June 2019 this wonderful Jaguar is just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands. A car that would grace any showground or rally field or be part of a private collection. 1964 MGB Roadster MK I Pull Handle. This very rare and desirable Pull Handle is beautifully presented in Iris Blue with Blue Leather piped upholstery. Conceived in the late 1950s and launched in 1962, the MG B would turn out to be one of the most successful sports cars of all time. Attractively styled, cheap to run and easily maintained by the home mechanic, the ‘B’ carried on MG’s traditional role of providing affordable, sports car motoring for the ordinary enthusiast. The B was mechanically similar to the preceding MG A, though with heavier, unitary construction bodyshell. To compensate for the newcomer’s increased weight the existing B-Series engine was stretched from 1622 to 1798cc, while the MG B’s aerodynamically efficient lines made the most of the maximum available 95bhp to achieve a top speed which just bested the magic ‘ton’. This is an original UK right hand drive car that has been with its last owner for 17 years, during this time it has been little used and cherished. The car was restored some years ago and is still in beautiful condition today. The MG has a lovely clean bodyshell with straight panels, very good fitting doors and great panel alignment. Whilst on test drive to take the photographs the MG performed very well with a great engine pulling well through the rev range and displaying good oil pressure. The MG is a great drivers car that is extremely fun to drive with super handling and this one is just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands. This car still retains its original features including steering wheel. The car has an MOT until May 2019 with no advisories. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. This particular van has been cherished by its previous owner and no expense has been spared, having over GBP 1000 spent on its last workshop visit. It has a 1200cc engine mated to a column change manual gearbox. The upholstery is in lovely condition and the load area unmarked without the bashed wheel arches and dented panels usually found on commercials. The Devon starts on the button and drives well with a strong engine and smooth gearbox, most recent work includes a new clutch and exhaust, the carburettor was removed and refurbished, a new fuel pump fitted, steering box reconditioned, voltage regulator replaced and new spark plugs. Now MOT and Tax exempt ownership costs are kept to a minimum. Without doubt a very popular van of its era with many bought to work hard and consequently worked to death. 1962 Triumph TR4 Roadster with Overdrive. A wonderful mix of British brawn and Italian style, the Michelotti-styled TR4 was launched in 1961 and did away with the cut-away door design of the previous TRs to allow for wind-down windows while the crisp rear end styling allowed a boot with considerable capacity for a sports car. It was powered by a torquey 110bhp 2,138cc four-cylinder twin-carb engine mated to an all-synchro four-speed box that could launch the car to 60mph in 10.9 seconds on its way to a top speed of 105mph. Optional Laycock de Normanville electrically operated overdrive could now be selected for 2nd and 3rd gear as well as 4th, effectively providing the TR4 with a seven-speed close ratio gearbox. A wider track and precise rack-and-pinion steering meant that it handled better than its forebears.Presented in possibly the best colour combination of British Racing Green with black leather upholstery and a black hood. The TR4 looks splendid sitting on its wire wheels and the interior is complemented by the walnut dashboard, rare original steering wheel and occasional rear seat. Registered in the UK on 4th April 2000 following its return from the USA. A British Motor Industry Heritage trust Certificate confirms the chassis number. The history folder contains an impressive amount of receipts covering the restoration. The TR starts on the button and drives very well with a strong engine and smooth gearbox with working overdrive. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.

Our Austin also has the benefit of rear windows and a rear seat, carried out by Restall Brothers, Birmingham in the late 1960’s, a very period upgrade. TSK 911 has undergone a major programme of work that included brand new floor pans and a full re-paint. Major mechanical upgrades included fitting a 1098cc Sprite engine, rear axle and front brake discs. The modifications enhance the drive of the Austin, making it much more usable and more suited for regular or daily use. The Austin drives very well with a strong, quick engine, lovely gearbox and it brakes and handles well. The Austin will be sold with a full 12 months MOT, and ready for regular use. 1964 Daimler V8 250 Automatic. Westminster Blue with Red Leather Upholstery. When Jaguar got hold of Daimler, they had a great 2.5 litre, V8 engine that Edward Turner had recently designed and had been putting into the enigmatic Daimler Dart. They discovered it fitted nicely in the Mk. II body shell and had the added bonus of being quicker than the entry level 2.4 litre XK units without out-shining the larger power plants. It's lighter than the XK-engined Mk. II therefore gets better fuel economy and handles better, although lacks the performance of the 3.4 litre and 3.8 litre. It has a desirable torque curve and has been described as a more refined to drive. It was supplied with the option of a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive or a more desirable three-speed automatic gearbox. This particular Daimler was restored in 2000 and comes complete with a large photograph album detailing all of the work carried out. There is also a history folder containing bills, invoices and old MOT certificates covering many years. Still very presentable today this Daimler is resplendent on chrome wire wheels, the leather upholstery still rich in colour and the carpets free from any rips or tears. The car starts on the button and drives very well with the V8 soundtrack burbling along nicely and a smooth changing automatic gearbox. The car has an MOT through until February 2019 with no advisories. If you are looking for a very smart V8 250 that is in the best colour combination then this car is well worth a look. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.

1957 Citroen AZU Fourgonnette Van. Two tone grey with blue upholstery. Thanks to its soft, long-travel suspension and high ground clearance, the 2CV possessed remarkable off-road abilities together with a very smooth ride. Less than half the price of a VW Beetle, it was a massive success, transforming the lives of the rural poor and selling over 3.8 million examples between 1948 and 1990. This charming 1957 AZU Fourgonnette came to the UK in January 2000 and was given to the last owner in 2005 as a birthday gift from his wife. He then set about the major repairs that were required to get it roadworthy, including work on the sills and floor, rebuilt brakes, new tyres and general service items, the work amounting to over GBP 4,500. From 1954 the commercial van body AZ was re-designated AZU and came with the more powerful (12hp!) 425cc engine. The engine in this AZU starts on the button and drives well. The body is finished in period two tone grey which looks the business. The simple interior is in remarkably good condition with new seat covers, door panels and carpet. The load area although used is still very solid and ready to start carrying again. The tubular front bumper was usually only fitted on La Poste and EdF electricity vans, so that may shine some light on its previous life. The whole concept of purchasing a light commercial for private classic motoring combined with its advertising potential is one we have enjoyed for many years and proved to be an enormous success. Without doubt the most economical and successful form of advertising known to man!. Although now MOT and Tax exempt the van will be sold with a fresh MOT. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards available. Delivery can be arranged.
1972 Triumph TR6 PI 150 BHP. Blue with black upholstery. tThis super TR benefits from the full power 150bhp engine and overdrive gearbox to make the most of its ample performance. As the Heritage Certificate confirms, it was built in August 1972 and was sold to its first owner via Mann Egerton of Colchester two months later. Supplied with a large file of invoices charting regular upkeep over the last 25 years, it appears to have had an engine rebuild in the summer of 1993 (with invoices on file for new main bearings etc) since when it has covered around 25,000 miles as documented by 27 old MOTs back to 1990. It has also been uprated in numerous areas over the years including the fitment of a rollover bar; TriumphTune alloy rocker cover; sports coil; rev limiter; heat-wrapped six-branch exhaust manifold; twin stainless steel sports exhausts; electric cooling fan; Bosch fuel pump; polybushed suspension; adjustable front gas shocks; additional front driving lamps etc. In 2007 the interior was retrimmed with new carpets and black leather seat covers and inertia reel seat belts have also been fitted. A neat security feature is a fuel pump cut-off switch hidden in the ashtray on top of the dash and a red flashing light on the centre console to ward off thieves when parked up with the hood down. Starting promptly and running sweetly as we took it for photographs, it also sounded fantastic. Supplied with a mohair hood and tonneau cover, it also has an indoor car cover, an owner’s handbook and an MOT valid until March 2019. Much enjoyed during the current seven-year ownership, this discreetly uprated TR6 will no doubt bring a great deal of pleasure to its new owner in the coming summer months. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
1976 Triumph Spitfire MK IV 1500. Manual / Overdrive. British Racing Green with Tan leather upholstery. The Spitfire used a Triumph Herald chassis with a twin SU carburettor version of its engine clothed in a very attractive open roadster body styled by Michelotti. Thanks to its separate chassis, the Spitfire enjoyed the same type of tilt-forward front wings and bonnet assembly as the Herald, giving excellent access to the engine.;In 1974 the engine was enlarged from 1296cc to 1,493cc and the name changed to the Spitfire 1500. Torque was usefully increased and the new engine at last made the Spitfire capable of the magic ton with 0-60mph coming up in 11.3 seconds. Other detail improvements included reclining seats with head restraints, wood-veneer dash, hazard flashers and electric washers. The last Spitfire 1500, an Inca Yellow specimen with hardtop and overdrive, rolled off the assembly line in August 1980. First registered in September 1976, this lovely Spitfire 1500 MkIII is showing only 68,599 miles on the clock which is believed genuine and has been in the same ownership for the last 15 years. Clearly a cherished machine, it has some desirable extras including overdrive gearbox and a twin stainless-steel exhaust system along with a modern CD player. The car has seen a degree of restoration (sadly undocumented but plain to see) including new wheels and a new tan interior which really looks the part, contrasting wonderfully against its dark green coachwork and black steel wheels with polished lips. Supplied with a history file containing a bills, invoices, old MOTs and a current MOT until January 2019, this smart 1500 is ready to be used and enjoyed throughout the summer season. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
1966 Morris Mini 850 Deluxe. Tartan Red with full red upholstery. When the first Minis went on sale in August 1959, it is fair to say that the public were initially slightly baffled by this tiny little box with its small wheels and funny front-wheel drive. However, as word gradually leaked out about its amazing handling prowess and huge fun factor, it quickly became a cult object that came to symbolise the freedom of the Swinging Sixties. One of the great, undisputed car designs of all time, it had a classless appeal that made it welcome everywhere and by 1966 over a million had been sold. With go-kart handling and excellent brakes, it was a huge success in competition and literally ran rings around far larger and more expensive cars that simply could not keep up with its cheeky pace. It was to remain in production for an astonishing 41 years, still remaining recognizably the same car in 2000 as it had been at launch in 1959. This stunning 1966 Mini Minor 850 shows just four owners in its logbook and was treated to a complete, bare-shell restoration in 2016 which is reputed to have cost in excess of GBP 16,000. There are sadly no invoices to prove how much was spent and on what, but even a casual glance will confirm that this would make sense. The bodywork has been fully restored and professionally painted and the interior has been renovated with many new trim parts. The engine compartment has also been very nicely detailed, the only departure from standard that we spotted are the wider wheels and tyres which improve road holding and control. Ready to go and show, with a MOT upon sale and eight old MOTs, this smart little Mini will soon be both tax and MOT exempt and is on offer for a fraction of the cost of restoring a lesser example to this condition. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
1969 Austin 6CWT Van. As BMC's policy was to provide both Austin and Morris with complete commercial vehicle ranges, Austin-badged variants of the Minor van and pick-up were sold following the end of Austin A35 production in 1968. These featured Austin badging and the corporate Austin 'crinkle-cut' radiator grille but were otherwise identical to the standard Minor commercials, and were sold as the Austin 6cwt and Austin 8cwt. This Austin van has been part of a private collection and displayed in the previous owners business premises as an advertisement aid. We haven driven the van five or six miles when photographed and found it to drive just as it should with a strong engine and gearbox. The paintwork is very good with no signs of rust or rot and the interior very tidy. This Morris is a very presentable usable van, with a very good engine bay and load area. The whole concept of purchasing a light commercial for private classic motoring combined with its advertising potential is one we have enjoyed for many years and proved to be an enormous success. Without doubt the most economical and successful form of advertising known to man!. The van will be sold with a fresh MOT. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards available. Delivery can be arranged.
1972 MG Midget MK III. 1275cc. Tartan red with black upholstery and a black hood. This stunning red example dates from August 1972 and comes with a huge file of invoices going back almost 25 years to show regular maintenance and improvements during this time. Virtually every single part of the car appears to have been rebuilt or replaced at some point and it is impossible to cover everything here. To highlight just a few of the major works: bodywork restored and repainted in 2003/06; new brakes and suspension in 2004/05; major mechanical overhaul and new wiring loom in 2009; endless new trim items in 2010; unleaded head in 2011; gearbox rebuild, new clutch kit and work to the front suspension in 2012. You only need to look at the car to see that all the work has been done to a high standard and a cursory glimpse at the underside is equally reassuring. It really does look like a new pin with sparkling paintwork and an interior that still looks almost showroom fresh. Apart from the vast pile of bills, other documentation includes many old MOTs back to 1992, an original owner’s handbook, parts catalogues. Running beautifully as we took the car for photographs, this is a peach of a car in all respects. It now just needs a new owner who can reap the benefits of all that hard work during this coming summer, and no doubt for many summers yet to come. We will also apply a fresh MOT upon sale. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.

1968 Opel Olympia A Coupe 1.1 SR Twin Carburettor. Sandpiper Beige with red vinyl upholstery. This very rare Opel Olympia is an original U.K supplied right hand drive car. Still totally original with the addition of auxiliary driving lamps and a period correct rev counter this Opel has mainly been used for shows and rallies. Very presentable with super paintwork and a great interior this SR Coupe was a period hot hatch with its 1100cc twin carb engine developing 60 HP. During 2013 the car was treated to GBP 1400 of work by John Kelly of Waterford, the local Opel dealer with copies of the invoice on file. A great opportunity to acquire a car that is very rare on UK roads and according to how may left there are just 5 Opel Olympia cars still registered in the United Kingdom. If you are looking for a Classic Car but want something a little different then this car is well worth a look, we see this car as a sound investment and due to its rarity should increase in value over time. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery and shipping can be arranged.
1954 MG TF 1250cc. Very rare U.K supplied right hand drive car. Last of the MG T-Series line and arguably the best, the TF was introduced in October 1953. Although mechanically very similar to its TD predecessor, the provision of a shorter radiator, revised wing line and faired-in headlamps lent it an altogether sportier air. Old English White with red leather upholstery and a black mohair hood and side screens. An older restoration that is still very smart and has covered only 1,000 miles in the last ten years. This TF has been with its last owner for 12 years and has been loved during that time. Still driving very well this TF is just waiting to be enjoyed in new hands for the upcoming season and would grace any classic meet. Being 1954 this MG is now MOT exempt however we will add a new MOT upon sale for your own peace of mind. Absolutely any inspection is welcome. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
1991 Mini Cooper 1.3. Monte Carlo Red with Black cloth upholstery. White roof and wheels. This Mini was imported from Japan in 2013 and has been with the same owner since. The Cooper has covered just 29,000 kms which equates to 17,000 miles. It has a great specification which includes air conditioning, Minilite style alloy wheels, bonnet stripes, sports exhaust and clear lenses. The car has had very little use while it has been in the U.K but has just passed an MOT through to March 2019 with no advisories. The Cooper starts on the button and drives just as it should. Low mileage examples are becoming harder to find now and we see this car as a great opportunity to get into the classic car scene. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit and credit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
