1959-1964 SKODA Felicia Convertible specifications

The Felicia might not have been the most exciting technical package, being based on the Octavia saloon, and it wasn’t quick, with just 53bhp on tap. But that didn’t stop it being one of the most desirable cars produced in the Soviet Pact countries. A separate chassis and swing axle suspension meant that handling could be unpredictable, but its styling largely made up for the lack of dynamic fizz. It was sold in the UK – the first Skoda to find its way over here – and was met with an apathetic response, despite its low price and overall reliability.
