Chassis number: GFN3 Registration number: UL1286 A lovely little open tourer with body by Watsons of Liverpool. The car was until 20 or so years ago displayed in a California Museum at which time it was purchased & repatriated to the UK by the current owner. Watsons bodied several Rolls Royce cars in period & later manufactured Mosquito Aircraft during the war years. The car is finished in a Deep Plum coloured scheme with some crazing & flaking evident to the paint which is of a considerable age. A single side mount sits on the passenger running board. To the interior is really lovely olf leather also in a deep plum colour. The leather is in fine patinated order with a deep luster that has developed over the years. The dash instruments are period & correct with a continental style speedometer fitted showing KMPH as well as MPH. A late car; the radiator is fitted with vertical shutters. Mechanically the car is in good order with a quiet engine. We are putting it through the workshop for a service & doing points, plugs tappets etc along with a full chassis lubrication service.
