1974-1977 PORSCHE 911 Carrera 2.7 specifications

1974-1977 PORSCHE 911 Carrera 2.7 specifications Classic and Performance Car

The name Carrera is no longer just for racing specials but now denotes the range-topping 911. It has also gone a bit soft compared to the previous 2.7 Carrera; you even got the option of an automatic gearbox. They are easier cars to live with though. The engine might be in the same 210bhp state of tune, but these Carreras don’t have lightweight bodies and come fully loaded with all the equipment of the lesser cars, plus electric windows. Their high price limited sales compared to the other 2.7s, though that now simply makes them even more expensive.
