  • 2002 Porsche 996 Targa

    £15,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service Photos to follow. This 2002 Porsche 996 Targa is a car that we sold four years ago to a local owner, who has kept it maintained with us. It is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a complementing Metropole Blue leather interior, and is in good condition, inside and out. The Porsche benefits from a good specification, including PSM (Porsche Stability Management), rear Park Assist, Bose Sound Package, large aluminium gearlever and handbrake lever, aluminium centre vents, silver instrument dials, aluminium-finish centre console, stainless steel sill trims, oval exhaust trims, and embossed Porsche crests on the seat headrests. It has recently had the air-conditioning condensers replaced and the Targa roof has had a £3000 refurbishment to ensure that it is in first-class working order. The 996 Targa is a clever design. The large glass roof gives all the benefits of an open car with none of the disadvantages, plus it makes the interior feel light and airy, while the lifting rear window makes this the most practical of 996s – you can drop luggage through it so easily. Unless otherwise stated, all our cars are put through a thorough independ

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This 2001 Porsche Boxster is a car that we have sold before and delighted to have back in stock. It benefits from having covered just 24,400 miles from new and, as such, is in remarkably original condition, inside and out. In fact, considering its age it’s as close to a new car as you could ever hope to find and, as such, is remarkable value for money. It is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic paintwork with a full Metropole Blue leather interior, including the seats, dash and door panels. The Porsche benefits from cruise control, automatic climate control, a rear wind deflector and rear storage box, plus a Porsche CDR22 radio heat unit. It has recently been serviced. • Porsche 356 Speedster recreation

    £21,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This Porsche 356 Speedster recreation has just been treated to a full cosmetic and mechanical restoration and looks absolutely stunning. It is based on a 1966 Volkswagen with an Scats-worked 1.6-litre engine that has been bored, and fitted with uprated push-rods and twin Weber carburettors, it produces around 75bhp. It has just been stripped right down and rebuilt with a full stainless-steel dual-exit exhaust, new cowling and other trim. The rest of the mechanical parts, including the brakes, have been overhauled with new parts as well. The body was, we believe, created by replica specialist Pilgrim and is extremely well built and features ‘Outlaw’ style wide arches to give the Speedster a cool Californian roadster look, set off perfectly with brand-new 8×15 Smoothie chrome steel wheels and hubcaps, plus new tyres. The Ivory White paintwork has recently been applied to a very high standard. The interior is finished with refurbished red leatherette seats, matching carpets and a new wood-rimmed steering wheel. This is a unique and wonderfully fun car at fraction of a price of a genuine Porsche 356 Speedster. It is beautifully presented an

  • 1970 Porsche 911E Targa

    £89,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This left-hand drive 1970 Porsche 911E Targa is a beautiful car that benefits from having had a huge amount of work – and money – spent on it in the last year or so. The 2.2-litre engine has covered just 100 miles since an extremely through – and well documented – full rebuild by talented Porsche specialist Richard Chamberlain at CTR Developments . This alone cost £22,000 and included a new clutch and heat exchangers, and sensible modifications such as oil-feed timing chain tensioners. It’s the most complete engine rebuild we’ve seen on a Porsche 911. You can see photographs of the rebuild here . The bodywork is finished in Signal Orange and is in quite stunning condition, following a thorough back to metal restoration with a full photographic and paper record. This was done by Andrew Barry of Home Grown Hotrods as his own personal project. Please click here to see a selection of the restoration photos. The paintwork has been beautifully applied and is flawless. The interior has the original black basketweave seats and is in generally very good original condition. Modern inertia reel seatbelts (with period buckles) have been fitted, tog

  • 1984 Porsche Carrera 3.2 Targa

    £29,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service It’s rare to find a good air-cooled Porsche 911 for under £30,000 but this one certainly is. It is a delight to drive and feels really well sorted, with a strong engine and good gearbox. The engine was rebuilt by Porsche specialist JZ Machtech 30,000 miles ago, with receipts and photographs detailing the work, so you can ignore the mileage on the clock – not only has the engine only covered 30,000 miles, much of the rest of the car has been restored, too, making a superb example for a great price. It has just had some £5000 spent on it, In addition to a full service, it has been fitted with new heat exchangers, new oil pipes and brake/fuel lines, fresh transmission oil and brake fluid, plus numerous other tasks, to ensure that the car is mechanically superb. The bodywork is finished in eye-catching Prussian Blue Metallic which offsets the original black Fuchs alloy wheels and rear Sport spoiler perfectly, while the original ‘elephant ear’ door mirrors have been replaced with the sleeker ‘Cup’ style. Inside, the car boasts blue leather seats with contrasting white piping, all of which is in good condition. The Targa roof is also in good c

  • 1986 Porsche 911 Turbo

    £59,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This is a stunning car. It’s a Porsche 911 Turbo which has had an extensive amount of work done carried out to bring it to its present eye-catching incarnation. It is finished in eye-catching Speed Yellow and fitted with a gorgeous set of genuine Speedline RUF Turbo alloy wheels. The car was registered in 1986 but there is some uncertainty to its history – it’s possible that it was built from an earlier shell at this time and, as such, it has a non-standard VIN. Don’t let that put you off, though, as the history file is extensive and shows that much work has been done to the car. Today, it is a wonderful example of a classic 911 Turbo. It has been fitted with a later G50/50 five-speed gearbox, in place of the original four-speed time, and also a late-style full grey leather interior, and air-conditioning is featured. The Porsche will be serviced before it is sold. ‘D22 PUR’ cherished registration is included in the sale. Unless otherwise stated, all our cars are put through a thorough independent mechanical inspection and any faults found are rectified before sale.
