  • 1992 Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Cabriolet Turbo Look

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service The Porsche 964 Carrera 2 Cabriolet Turbo Look is a rare car. Just 32 were sold in the UK. The model is essentially a 964 Carrera with Turbo wheelarches, plus the Turbo’s upgraded brakes, suspension and wider 17-inch wheels. It was expensive, costing an astonishing £70,397.39 back in 1992, which was £13,845.52 more than the standard Carrera 2 Cabriolet but looks fabulous with its wide arches, front and rear. This superb example has been been fully restored within the last four years. The body has been resprayed in the original Midnight Blue Metallic and the wheels refurbished (and fitted with new Bridgestone tyres and centre caps). A new hood was also fitted. At the same time, the engine and gearbox were removed, the gearbox rebuilt and a new clutch fitted. The engine was deemed to be in good order so the ancillaries were stripped, shotblasted and refitted with new seals and gaskets. The brakes were renewed as well. The cream leather front seats have been retrimmed and new factory carpets have been fitted. The the original factory toolkit and compressor. The 911 comes with an extensive history file, pus its original driver’s manuals and

  • 1980 Porsche 924 Turbo

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This fully restored and mechanically rebuilt, low-mileage 1980 Porsche 924 Turbo is a very rare car. It is believed that only around 60 examples remain in the UK. Most are in poor mechanical and physical condition, so this near-concours example has to be one of the very best available for driver and collector alike. The car was rust-free when we sourced it, but has nonetheless been treated to a full respray in the correct Porsche two-tone silver and blue livery to bring it back to original first-class condition. The car has also been subject to a full and thorough mechanical refurbishment at a cost of over £10,000 (and that’s at trade prices!). This includes an engine rebuild, turbocharger rebuild, gearbox rebuild, new clutch, starter motor and alternator, brake rebuild and new brake master cylinder, plus four new tyres, and of course, a major service. The interior is finished in fabulous, eye-catching black and white chequered Pasha – to befit its track pedigree – which is in superb original condition. We truly believe that this is one of the best Porsche 924s available, especially as it has not been modified or changed from its origin

  • 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 4

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This 1990 Porsche 964 Carrera 4 is a joy to behold. It is finished in Guards Red complemented by later-style Cup alloy wheels. The bodywork has recently had a partial glass-out respray and is therefore in excellent condition. The interior is finished in Linen (cream) leather with black piping and, again, is in very good original condition. A desirable update is a Becker Grand Prix head unit with Bluetooth connectivity. The engine has recently been rebuilt at 103,000 miles and has done just 3000 miles since. The Porsche comes with a very good service history showing that is has been well maintained over the years. Good Porsche 964s are increasing hard to source, so this example is a rare find. They are also issued with 12 months’ MoT (without any advisories) and a six month warranty underwritten by us. Part exchange and finance available – please click the Finance button below for details. • 2001 Porsche Boxster

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This lovely 2001 Porsche Boxster is a car that we have sold before and are delighted to have back in stock. It benefits from having covered just 24,400 miles from new and, as such, is in remarkably original condition, inside and out. In fact, considering its age it’s as close to a new car as you could ever hope to find and, as such, is remarkable value for money. It is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic paintwork with a full Metropole Blue leather interior, including the seats, dash and door panels. The Porsche benefits from cruise control (which is rare on a Boxster of this type), automatic climate control, a rear wind deflector and rear storage box, plus a Porsche CDR22 radio heat unit. It has recently been serviced. The Tiptronic transimission is a rare option on a Boxster and is an ideal solution for today’s busy roads, combining the convenience of automatic gear changes with the option of manual shifts using the steering wheel shifters. Roof down, on a sunny day, it’s a lot of fun to drive, yet remains a car you can use all year round, as the electrically operated roof is a snug fit. Unless otherwise stated, all our cars are put th

  • Porsche 356 Speedster recreation

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This Porsche 356 Speedster recreation has just been treated to a full cosmetic and mechanical restoration and looks absolutely stunning. It is based on a 1966 Volkswagen with an Scats-worked 1.6-litre engine that has been bored, and fitted with uprated push-rods and twin Weber carburettors, it produces around 75bhp. It has just been stripped right down and rebuilt with a full stainless-steel dual-exit exhaust, new cowling and other trim. The rest of the mechanical parts, including the brakes, have been overhauled with new parts as well. The body was, we believe, created by replica specialist Pilgrim and is extremely well built and features ‘Outlaw’ style wide arches to give the Speedster a cool Californian roadster look, set off perfectly with brand-new 8×15 Smoothie chrome steel wheels and hubcaps, plus new tyres. The Ivory White paintwork has recently been applied to a very high standard. The interior is finished with refurbished red leatherette seats, matching carpets and a new wood-rimmed steering wheel. This is a unique and wonderfully fun car at fraction of a price of a genuine Porsche 356 Speedster. It is beautifully presented an

  • 1995 Porsche 968 Sport

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This 1995 Porsche 968 Sport is one of the last examples built and is finished in rare and eye-catching Amaranth violet with a black interior. It benefits from just having had a major service, including new head gasket, all belts and chains replaced, new water pump, transmission and brake fluid changes. This work was done by well-known Porsche specialist Russell Lewis of RSR Engineering. The suspension has been uprated with new M030 factory specification adjustable dampers and anti-rollbars, which offers superb handling. The 968 Sport is a rare-UK only model that combines the uprated handling of the Club Sport with the comforts of the standard car, thus giving the best of both worlds. Its front-engine, rear-transmission configuration makes the 968 one of the best-handling Porsches of all time which, combined with rock-solid build quality, makes a 968 a join to own and to drive. The Porsche comes with a well-documented history file. • 1970 Porsche 911E Targa

    POA

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This left-hand drive 1970 Porsche 911E Targa is a beautiful car that benefits from having had a huge amount of work – and money – spent on it in the last year or so. The 2.2-litre engine has covered just 100 miles since an extremely through – and well documented – full rebuild by talented Porsche specialist Richard Chamberlain at CTR Developments . This alone cost £22,000 and included a new clutch and heat exchangers, and sensible modifications such as oil-feed timing chain tensioners. It’s the most complete engine rebuild we’ve seen on a Porsche 911. You can see photographs of the rebuild here . The bodywork is finished in Signal Orange and is in quite stunning condition, following a thorough back to metal restoration with a full photographic and paper record. This was done by Andrew Barry of Home Grown Hotrods as his own personal project. Please click here to see a selection of the restoration photos. The paintwork has been beautifully applied and is flawless. Also, click here to see photos of the underside of the Porsche. The interior has the original black basketweave seats and is in generally very good original condition. Modern in

  • 2002 Porsche 996 Targa

    £15,995

Philip Raby Porsche Porsche Sales and Service This 2002 Porsche 996 Targa is a car that we sold four years ago to a local owner, who has kept it maintained with us. It is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with a complementing Metropole Blue leather interior, and is in good condition, inside and out. The Porsche benefits from a good specification, including PSM (Porsche Stability Management), rear Park Assist, Bose Sound Package, large aluminium gearlever and handbrake lever, aluminium centre vents, silver instrument dials, aluminium-finish centre console, stainless steel sill trims, oval exhaust trims, and embossed Porsche crests on the seat headrests. It has recently had the air-conditioning condensers replaced and the Targa roof has had a £3000 refurbishment to ensure that it is in first-class working order. The 996 Targa is a clever design. The large glass roof gives all the benefits of an open car with none of the disadvantages, plus it makes the interior feel light and airy, while the lifting rear window makes this the most practical of 996s – you can drop luggage through it so easily. Unless otherwise stated, all our cars are put through a thorough independent mechanical ins
