Celebrating a 90-year partnership in motor sport, Alfa Romeo and Zagato have unveiled the TZ3 Corsa, a tribute to the historic partnership between the two Italian companies at this year’s Villa D’Este.
Zagato has made it very clear that the TZ3 is not a design study - It’s a thoroughbred race car. The sleek and extremely lightweight Zagato bodywork clothes a mono shell carbon fibre tubular chassis and tubular frame, with power coming from the 8C Competizione's Ferrari-derived V8.
The TZ3 was commissioned by long-time Alfa Romeo enthusiast and collector Martin Kapp, who owns a large collection of Alfa Zagato models, spanning the 90-year partnership, including an SZ coda tonda, SZ coda tronca, TZ, TZ2, Junior Z and S.Z.
