Millers Oils, the specialist automotive lubricants and fuel treatments manufacturer, has been asked yet again to work alongside many of the British Touring Car Championship teams, supplying its award-winning motorsport products and technical support during the 2010 season.
After an exceptional year in 2009, Millers Oils is progressing with its commitment to the sport by supporting well-established and high profile teams and drivers Tom Chilton and Tom Onslow-Cole from Team Aon, Paul O’Neill and John George from Team Sunshine.co.uk, Matt Hamilton from TH Motorsport and the returning Jason Hughes from KW Sport. Millers Oils will also be supporting newcomers Lea Wood of Team Wood Racing and David Pinkney at Pinkney Motorsport.
All will receive Millers Oils’ technical support in addition to their high performance-enhancing products, which have gained international recognition for their proven reliability quality and effectiveness. In 2009 Millers Oils’ revolutionary Nano Technology transmission oil was awarded the ‘Most Innovative New Motorsport Product’ award at the World Motorsport Symposium in November, following a successful debut season. The cutting-edge Nano Technology was a big hit with the BTCC teams that used the product, with many commenting on the increased reliability and greatly-enhanced component life in the transmissions during the year.
Dave Mott, product manager at Millers Oils, said: 'The 2009 season saw great strides for Millers Oils and many of the teams we supported, and we’re proud to be continuing our technical partnerships with so many teams in such a prestigious championship, as well as getting involved with some of the newer teams for this season.
'Last year’s successful partnerships were testament to the stringent testing and research that goes into ensuring the drivers have the most effective products available, which give second-to-none results and tangible improvements to performance, reliability and component life. The Nano Technology award win was further confirmation that Millers Oils can reach the pinnacle of motorsport product innovation, a fact that was recognised by our peers at the World Motorsport Symposium.'
'We are looking forward to another exciting season ahead in 2010, and we wish all our partner teams the very best of luck.'
