Octane has teamed up with the Grand Tour organisers giving you the chance to win an entry for two on the Grand Tour, starting in London on the 11th of July and finishing in Monte Carlo four days later on the 15th of July. This prize is worth in excess £4680, and the 1000 mile trip includes five nights accommodation, dinner with wine in the evening, and breakfast each morning.

The Grand Tour is a real motoring challenge and highly competitive, thanks to a dastardly cryptic treasure hunt that runs throughout the five days, where quick-thinking mental agility will sort out the men from the boys. A bit of trickery and cheating is encouraged, while guidebooks and necessary maps are provided.

The Grand Tour route is carefully chosen to offer the most challenging and scenic roads through rural France. Starting at the Bluebird Café on London?s Kings Road, it visits Picardy, Champagne, Burgundy, the Alps and Provence on the way to the finish at the Hotel de Paris on Casino Square.

A prize-giving dinner tops off the Tour, followed by a VIP party at Jimmy’z famous nightclub in Monte Carlo and a ‘chill-out lunch’ on the beach the next day.

The Grand Tour entry includes lunches en route, a champagne reception in Casino Square at the finish, dinner and the prize-giving party in Monaco, and a one-way Eurotunnel crossing from Folkestone to Calais. To be eligible for entry you must be over 21 years old, and be driving a sports or GT car. No modern saloon, estate or 4x4 cars are permitted.

For more details, terms and conditions visit the Competitions page. Answer the question, and you'll be in with a chance to drive on the world famous Tour. Be sure to get your entries in before 5th May 2010.
