The original 1965 Shelby GT350 celebrates its 45th anniversary, and to celebrate Shelby American has launched the 2010 GT350 Mustang - choosing the opening night of the Barrett-Jackson Scotsdale auction.

Shelby modifications include a Ford Racing supercharger which helps boost power to 500bhp, a Ford Racing suspension system, Baer brakes front and rear, Borla exhaust system, Cragar wheels, and more. For the exterior, Shelby fits a new front fascia, front splitter, functional hood scoop tail light trim, rear deck lid filler panel and a rear fascia with center exhaust exit.

The GT350 isn't cheap, though, and comes in at $ 33,995, plus the cost of the donor car, which is about $ 30,000.
