After weeks of being drip fed by teaser pictures, here's the full view of Lamborghini's new concept car, the four-door Estoque. Officially unveiled today at the Paris Motor Show, the new car is designed to compete head-on with the upcoming Porsche Panamerica and Aston Martin Rapide.

The Estoque, named aftter the sword use by the Matador in a bull fight, is interesting for the use of a front-mid mounted engine, which is placed behind the front axle line. There's all the drama of your typical Lamborghini supercar, but with a dash of additional practicality. Think of it as a modern-day Espada, and you're not a million miles away.

Lamborghini states no official decision has been made regarding production, but did hint that the Estoque could lead form the basis of a third model line in the Lamborghini range. More details as they emerge from Paris.
