A Dutch Jaguar XK150 has been stolen, and the owner is looking for assistance in recovering the treasured car - a reward is on offer to anyone who leads to the return of the vehicle.

Taken from the parking area of the Hotel de Keizerskroon at Apeldoorn, the Netherlands on the night of August 30-31, its owner, Jan Bruijin, said: "It's a very special Jaguar, that we would like to have back."

The registration number is DM-29-71 (Dutch blue/white letters registration plates) and the chassis number is S 824904 DN, and is black, with black wire wheels - and features an Apple Green leather interior.
 
Technical details - the engine a 4.2-litre Jaguar with three double Weber carburettors, and has been uprated with an oil cooler, power steering, 260bhp engine, wider wire wheels, Vredestein Sprint tyres, and an S sign on both doors.
