This year's Silverstone Classic will be music to the ears of car enthusiasts and concert-goers alike, thanks to a thundering mix of exciting historic racing as well as, for the first time ever, a live line-up of top pop and rock acts.

Billed as Europe’s largest classic racing event, the Silverstone Classic will celebrate cars and their drivers from the past 100 years. On-track action will include 22 races over the three days, featuring around 700 machines. Meanwhile, reinforcing the theme of fun for all the family, the off-circuit programme is set to incorporate live evening performances from The Pussycat Dolls and the legendary Carlos Santana.

Highlights will include Formula One and Super Touring cars, Edwardian racers, World Sports Car Masters, a new Pre-’63 GT event, plus a 48-strong Mini grid. The Historic Grand Prix Cars Association will recreate one of motor sport’s most romantic eras with Ferraris, Maseratis and Connaughts of the 1950s. This year’s featured marque, Jaguar, gets its own race too.

Other attractions will incorporate displays from more than 80 car clubs, automobilia sales, a classic auction, Harley-Davidson Village, on-track and aerobatic stunt performances, hundreds
of exhibitors, a retail village and the Race Café.
