It’s always good to be in at the start of a new event – just ask those who went to the first ever Goodwood Festival of Speed – and here’s your chance to do exactly that Down Under, for a brand new Australian concours.

The Motorclassica Australian International Concours D’Elegance & Classic Motor Show takes place in Melbourne’s amazing Royal Exhibition Building, a World Heritage Site, on 22-24 October. It is billed to attract the ‘most beautiful and prestigious classic cars from around the world’, and has already attracted 100 blue-chip cars to show.

This will be Australia’s first major concours of this type, and it promises to be a massive event, given the vibrant classic car scene down under. The concours will be supplemented by a classic motor show and a five-day tour – Tour Australis – through the best of Victoria’s scenery.
