Accoding to the organisers of the NEC Classic Motor Show, the event attracted its highest ever number of visitors. Certainly, it felt that there were more people in the halls than ever before, with the crowds creating a genuine squeeze throughout the weekend – and two-hour tailbacks on the motorways leading in.

The car selection was as varied as ever, while the trade and automobilia stands did a roaring trade. In all, the NEC show cemented its reputation as the biggest and best show of its type in the UK, and its organisers have already confirmed next year's dates - November 12-14 2010.
