Rarely available, a genuine lowlight rhd home market tourer, current owner 10 years, previous one 25 years, probably only 3 owners from new. Repaired as required over the years, without, we believe, ever undergoing a full restoration, leaving it in sound condition with a wonderful patina that cannot be re-created. Is still on its original 918 cc engine, which we understand, was rebuilt in the 1980s, and original gearbox, engine starts easily and is remarkably sweet, brakes have just been overhauled with new master and slave cylinders, new front shoes and flexible hoses. Hood may have been replaced at some stage, is certainly very serviceable and goes up and down easily, side-screens are present (unlike later cars), headlining, door cards and seats seem to be original, carpet has been replaced. A fair bit is known about previous owners although history file is not large. Rare, simply delightful; will be sold with a new MOT although exempt.
