We last sold this stunning, upgraded and enhanced MGB GT to one of our local regular customers three years ago. Since then the MG has covered in the region of 3000 miles and has been a regular attendant at many local shows and events. The GT is well known on the local show circuit and the previous owner, a retired Professor has kept the car superbly maintained and has paid for an extensive waxoyl to protect the structurally excellent underside. Further improvements since 2013 are detailing work to the engine bay, new rocker cover and new upgraded headlamps. Prior to coming to us in 2013, the MG was owned by a long term York based customer for ten years who purchased the car after an extensive restoration. EKH 265J has now covered 15000 miles since having a total restoration in 2003. The MGB GT was sourced in California and shipped to the UK ahead of a programme of work that included various upgrades. The MGB was fitted with a re-conditioned unleaded engine, new clutch, re-conditioned carbs, new water pump, oil cooler and water hoses, a re-conditioned gearbox with overdrive was fitted with new mountings, the rear axle was checked and the propshaft replaced and the brakes totally ove
This beautifully presented MG TF 1250 was supplied new in North America. During the 1980's the MG was shipped to the UK and subject of a top class, professional restoration and right hand drive conversion. The TF was completed by 1989, finished in bright Red with lovely Tan leather upholstery, Beige weather equipment and chrome wire wheels. The car was finished to a high standard and during the 1990's and 2000's has featured at many shows, rallies and events in both England and Wales. The car originally came to us in 2008 having spent many years on the Welsh show scene. The car required very little preparation work and quickly sold to a local MG enthusiast near York. Between 2008 and 2015 the MG has proven totally reliable and has travelled all over North Yorkshire to many classic car shows. Over several years of regular use, the owner spent almost £5,000 on further improvements to include a full engine rebuild. The MG was treated to new main and big end bearings and shells, new camshaft, new pistons and piston ring set, oil pump, cam bearing, re-ground crankshaft and all new gaskets. Further expenditure included regular maintenance. Over the past twelve months the MG has not been
HST 50N is a car we known for over ten years. This late chrome bumper car was subject of a full Heritage Shell rebuild during the late 1990's and was finished to an exceptionally high standard. Almost twenty years on since rebuild the MG still drives and presents in outstanding condition and paperwork suggests the car has covered 14000 miles since total restoration. Prior to 2007 the MGB was owned by a East Yorkshire based enthusiast and restorer who had taken the car to France during summer months, proving the car ideal for long distance touring. We bought the car in 2007 and it quickly sold unseen to an Aberdeen based customer. The vehicle sold over the telephone, and was later collected and drive faultlessly from North Yorkshire to Aberdeen. During three years of ownership the B was in regular summer use and successfully completed the Hero Scottish Malts Reliability trial. In 2010 HST 50N came back to us in part exchange, making room for a Lotus Elan and the car once again sold fairly quickly, this time heading to West Yorkshire where it has spent the past six years, never missing a beat and proving perfectly reliable. HST 50N so many years on from rebuild has an exceptional, ru
This outstanding MG TD was manufactured in 1952 and was registered new in the United States of America. The MG was shipped to the UK in 1990 having been in Minnesota and in the 25 years since coming to the UK the MG has covered over 18000 miles. The MG spent from 1990 to 2014 in the South West and has most recently been owned by a long term customer of ours in Peacehaven, East Sussex. Not only has the MG had substantial use over the 25 years in the UK, it was also used for an Exeter investment Company marketing campaign, featuring on the front cover of their brochure and featuring in many newspaper advertisements. YSU 197 has come to us in exceptional condition and has been restored to a very high standard. The first restoration we are aware of was back in 1985-1986 over in the U.S. At this point the car was totally stripped down, re-worked as necessary and totally re-painted. We have a report from the early 1990's confirming the MG had covered around 1500 miles since and was in very good order. All components and parts were replaced or overhauled and it was reported there was no rust visible on the car. We have invoices for various remedial works in the early 1990's and annual mil
We last sold URF 399G in May 2007 and have maintained it for its lady owner since. Prior to 2007, the MG had one owner from 1994 to 2007 and was subject of a major restoration in 2000. The car had very little use between 2000 and 2007 and since selling the car nine years the MG has covered in the region of 4000 miles. The MG has been based in Whitby since 2007 and has only been driven in good, dry weather. It has hardly had the roof up, and has been enjoyed each summer. Over nine have come to know the car very well, MOT testing and servicing each year. In the region of £5500 has been spent on good quality annual maintenance and some cosmetic improvement. Work includes rebuilding carburettors, new rear exhaust silencer, stripping and cleaning brake calipers, new bump stops, 12 volt battery conversion, lower wishbones, front brake pads, brake shoes, steering universal joint and new spring bushes. The cars most recent service in 2016 included new spark plugs distributor cap, points, rotor arm, condenser, gearbox and engine oil change. The MG was driven back to us from Whitby performing faultlessly. The engine runs beautifully holding excellent oil pressure, the gearbox is slick and th
EMG 525J is a beautifully presented MG Midget that has been with its previous owner in Shropshire since 2010. This is a perfect entry level classic that presents exceptionally well with lovely rich, deep paintwork, very original upholstery suggesting the recorded mileage of 59,000 could be correct and a fabulous set of chrome wire wheels that really set the car off. On the road EMG 525J feels very tight, responsive and brilliant fun. Since 2010 the MG has covered around 3000 miles and has proven to be totally reliable. It has been MOT tested and serviced each year and has been very easy to own. The car has proven a low maintenance, fun to drive classic and the experience with the car has now encouraged the previous owner to invest into more historic motor cars. The 1275cc engine is strong, responsive and pulls superbly through the gears. The four speed gearbox is in very good order with excellent syncro's and no jumping out of gears. The MG can keep up with modern traffic but is even more enjoyable on twisty, country roads proving great fun in and out of corners and bends. The MG has a solid body with excellent underside and clean external panels. The older paint finish is of a ver

MG: a myth for everyone The MG was a turning point in British history dell`automobilismo, introducing a full line of sinuous curves in sharp contrast to what until then had been produced. The MG 1500, end of 1959 series (which we propose) mounts a 1489 cc engine with power raised to 72 hp against 68 of the first produced. Elegant, jaunty, pleasant to drive, and with a great ride comfort, the MG immediately makes inroads into the hearts of sports car enthusiasts. The proposed car was the subject of a major restoration documented by a large photo book. He walked only 7750 miles since restoration. Equipped with wheels in chrome spokes, new side windows, tonneau covers and custom car cover sheet with MG logo, it is a car ready for codersi the beautiful sunny days. ASI homologated car Targa Oro. Many actors, celebrities or otherwise, have had in a garage MG A. That the MG has been and remains a success is demonstrated by the fact that it was the first sports car produced in more than 100,000 copies, absorbed mostly from the US market and that, even today, is one of the most desirable cars in the choice of spider cars for those approaching the world of historical. Not c`è passionate d`auto that since 1955 until today has not appreciated, and even more loved, a MG confirming that the value of these cars will remain unchallenged over time.

This GT is in need of light restoration but is currently tested. Priced to sell and would make a good useable project. These early GT's are becoming quite sought after, historic tax, chrome bumpers etc!
Finished in Silver with matching hard top and contrasting black interior. In lovely condition throughout and covered only 66,700 miles. Full Service History and MOT'd until November '17 with no advisories. This future classic drives and runs really well and should give the next owner many miles of trouble free motoring.
Finished in 'Conifer Green' with contrasting immaculate black interior.;This fine example has been the subject of considerable expenditure over the last two years and is very regretfully for sale due to owner downsizing. ;Engine upgraded to 1950 in 2000 and covered only 23,000 miles since.;Extras include inertia reel seat belts, windstop, new hood 2016, power socket, oil cooler, kenlowe fan, overdrive, electronic ignition, luggage rack, wire wheels and much more which is all recorded in the most comprehensive history file!;Beautifully tuned, runs and drives like a dream, this top class roadster should give the next lucky owner many years of trouble free motoring.
This vehicle was subject to a sympathetic restoion back in 1997/8. She is finished in Inca Yellow which was an original factory colour. I have every MOT so can warrant the mileage. I have owned the car for nearly 2 years during which time I've spent about £2000 getting her near perfect mechanically. For more information please call on 07717 285740
The MGB is a sports car launched by MG Cars in May 1962 to replace the MGA and manufactured until 22 October 1980—originally by the British Motor Corporation and later by its successors. MGB production continued throughout restructuring of the British motor industry, and the parent company’s transition from BMC to British Motor Holdings (in 1966) and to British Leyland Motor Corporation (in 1968). The roadster was the first of the MGB range to be produced. The body was a pure two-seater but a small rear seat was a rare option at one point. By making better use of space the MGB was able to offer more passenger and luggage accommodation than the earlier MGA while being 3 inches (75 mm) shorter overall. The suspension was also softer, giving a smoother ride, and the larger engine gave a slightly higher top speed. The four speed gearbox was an uprated version of the one used in the MGA with an optional (electronically activated) overdrive transmission. Wheel diameter dropped from 15 to 14 inches (360 mm). In late 1967, sufficient changes were introduced for the factory to define a Mark II model. Changes included synchromesh on all 4 gears with revised ratios, an optional Borg-Warner au
