London’s Concours has been confirmed for 7-8 June 2018, which will return to the grounds of the Honourable Artillery Company located in the heart of the City of London. Tickets on sale now
Following the success of last year’s inaugural City Concours, a second event has been confirmed for 7-8 June 2018 and has been re-named the London Concours. As the Honourable Artillery Company’s fantastic headquarters in the City of London provided the perfect location for this top-level event in 2017, it will return once again for 2018.
Organised by Thorough Events – the team behind the excellent Concours of Elegance – and presented by Octane, last year’s event brought together 140 world-class cars attracting more than 3500 people through the gates of the HAC.
Plans for 2018 currently include a specially curated collection of Le Mans winners and Land Speed Record holders, as well as the usual selection of interesting and important classic cars. Cars already confirmed include a Ferrari F50, Pagani Huayra, Mercedes 300SL Gullwing and, perhaps the wildest of all, the 28.5-litre Fiat S76 'Beast of Turin’ land speed record car.SEE RELATED: Best Classic Car Shows 2018
As well as the automotive exotica, the City Concours will also see a return for the retail pavilions, positioned around the gardens. Some of the world’s most luxurious brands will also sit alongside a dedicated Art Pavilion, selected for the event to appeal directly to collectors and enthusiasts.
Bespoke hospitality options, including fine dining luncheon experiences and a number of drinks party packages have been announced, and are already selling out ahead next summer’s garden party. If you want to have early access to the City Concours, there’s a VIP Preview Breakfast, where guests are welcomed to a breakfast buffet and an exclusive intimate preview of the cars.
