1960-1967 LANCIA Flaminia Sport Zagato specifications

The Flaminia Sport was coachbuilt by Zagato, and was almost incomparably handsome as a result. The Sport sat on the same wheelbase chassis as the GT, and unlike the Pininfarina and Touring cars, which were angular, the aluminium bodied Sport was more rounded, harking back to the more timeless style of the B20 GT. It became the Super Sport in 1964, the new name reflecting the additional performance from its 2.8-litre V6. Zagato styling signatures, such as the pop-out doorhandles, were retained, although the Sport and Super Sport’s styling differed significantly.
