1957-1970 LANCIA Flaminia 2.8 specifications

1957-1970 LANCIA Flaminia 2.8 specifications Classic and Performance Car

Replacing the Aurelia was never going to be easy but with the Flaminia, Lancia managed the task with considerable style, although the two cars’ production runs overlapped by a couple of years just to confuse matters. The new car heralded a new design direction, with Pininfarina going for a more angular (if conventionally beautiful) style. A new 2458cc V6 was developed for the Flaminia, and wishbone and coil sprung front suspension replaced the old car’s more conventional set-up. Fewer than 4000 Berlinas were produced in total and few remain.
