1950-1958 LANCIA Aurelia Saloon specifications

1950-1958 LANCIA Aurelia Saloon specifications Classic and Performance Car

Considering the Aprilia blazed such a trail, it’s scarcely believable that Lancia went and did the same with the Aurelia. The main advance was the engine – the world’s first production V6; a 60-degree design developed during World War Two. It was smooth and lusty, and proved the perfect power unit for long distance touring – and in the B10 saloon version was initially available in 1754 and 1991cc forms. The wind-cheating styling was developed with assistance from Pininfarina and, looking at it today, it seems amazing that it first hit the streets in 1951.
