1937-1949 LANCIA Aprilia specifications

1937-1949 LANCIA Aprilia specifications Classic and Performance Car

Looking at the Aprilia’s specification sheet, it’s easy to see that it was light years ahead of its time. The features list included monocoque construction, independent suspension all-round, pillarless styling honed in the wind tunnel, and a jewel-like 1354cc V4-engine that produced enough power to allow the car to run round much more glamorous rivals. Three wheelbases were offered, and you could also buy coachbuilt versions. Post-war examples were upgraded with 1.5-litre engines, and remained in production until 1949.
