1970-1973 LAMBORGHINI Jarama 400 GT specifications

Never a popular Lamborghini, the Jarama ended up being the company’s final front-engined sports car, as after that it ended up concentrating on the mid-engined Countach and Urraco. In a market where styling counts above all else, the clumsy looking Jarama struggled against some very elegant rivals, not least the more commodious Lamborghini Espada. As a way of getting onto the Lamborghini ownership ladder, the Jarama makes a great deal of sense – it’s relatively cheap for a front-engined V12, and although it suffers from poor quality build, it remains seriously quick.
