    Extremely Rare 1976 Lamborghini Jarama S: One of just 152 Jarama S's ever built. This 1976 Lamborghini Jarama S is a very rare find and one of just 152 Jarama S's ever built. Red with black interior. The motor is out and apart but comes complete. The gearbox is also out of the car. A very straight a solid car overall. The Jarama was unveiled at the 1970 Geneva Motor Show. It used a shortened Espada chassis with a beautiful Marcello Gandini styled steel body built by Marazzi. The Jarama S came equipped with a 385hp V12 sporting six Weber carburetors that made the car very fast even by today's standards. The S version is identifiable by its subtle bonnet scoops and air vents behind the front wheel arches.     1972 Lamborghini Jarama s/n 10348 Grigio Londra with Senape Leather Interior The Jarama, introduced in 1970, was one of the last front-engined Lamborghini GTs, concluding the line that began with the very first Lamborghini, the 350GT. Mechanically, it was similar to the Espada, but with a 10.6 inch shorter wheelbase, the Jarama was considerably more agile to drive. Fitted with Lamborghini’s sophisticated quad-cam V-12, all independent suspension, and five-speed gearbox, the Jarama was a deliberately understated high performance “businessman’s express” intended for those who appreciated Lamborghini’s engineering and performance, but who wanted a more refined but still exciting experience. Nevertheless, the styling has a subdued excitement that is hinted at by the sharp creases and muscular wheel arches. The car is well-proportioned, and thanks to its thin pillars and generous greenhouse, visibility is excellent.
