Supplied new by Jensen distributor Charles Follet Ltd of Mayfair to a Mr Buckland-King of Southampton (who one would assume was also London based due to the parking permits, unbelievably still displayed in the windscreen, from 1974), on the 1st September 1968. This stunning example has recently undergone a fastidious show level refurbishment which has been sympathetic to the cars superb originality. This work, which was carried out under the instruction of the last fastidious owner has included a full bare metal repaint to incredibly high standards, all of the exterior brightwork has been re-chromed, wheels refurbished in correct chrome/satin black finish and fitted with period correct Dunlop SP Sport tyres, new headlamps and rear lenses have been fitted along with new seals all round and much, much more. The interior has been kept as original as possible and a new carpet set has been fitted to bring the wonderful opulent cabin up to standard.
