Jaguar E-Types 1972 S3 V12

car description

The specification includes a manual gearbox, air-conditioning, hard top, chrome wire wheels and tinted glass - a Royal Flush! The original handbook wallet is pristine and full of all the documentation from purchase including original purchase receipt, all service books, handbooks and even the factory instructions for the radio that still resides in the dash today. In fact we have yet to see such a comprehensive service wallet - the 'Passport to Service' book still has the unique metal identity tag within the pouch. Amusingly the Jaguar purchase invoice lists equipment below that was, thankfully, fitted at 'no extra charge' V12 engine Lucas-Opus ignition Alternator 4-Speed synchromesh gearbox Power assisted steering Limited slip differential 4-wheel power assisted disc brakes Radial ply tyres Speedometer with trip odometer Matching tachometer Leather-faced reclining seats Clock Console box-lighter and ashtray Interior coutesy and map lights It was exported to Ohio from new and restored in Michigan during 1990 and 1991. The condition remains superb and every stage of the restoration has been extensively documented and photographed with the history bulging with a mountain of receipts
