1995-2000 HONDA Integra Type-R specifications

Honda went to extreme lengths to transform the Integra, previously a run of the mill coupé, into one of the most hardcore performance cars in the world. It went through a rigorous weight-loss programme which saw the standard windscreen thrown out in favour of a thinner sheet of glass. The Type-R was also stiffened, with front and rear strut-braces, along with highly tuned springs and dampers. A set of lightweight alloy wheels and a limited-slip differential finished the car off nicely, giving the front-wheel-drive car amazing levels of poise and grip.
