The Ford GT was recreated during 2005/2006 to celebrate Ford Centenary Year, and based on the Famous Ford GT40 of the 1960's. The original GT'40' was a mere 40" tall which although spectacular to look at and very successful in racing, was too low for any but the slightest of racing drivers. This later GT was built 3" taller to accommodate a larger driver, opening up the opportunity to drive this Fantastic Car to a wider audience. The engine is a Dry Sump mid-mounted 5.4L V8 in aluminium with a Supercharger, sat very low in the frame to optimise handling performance with a power output of 550HP at 6500 RPM giving 0-60 MPH in 3.3 seconds and top speed of 205 MPH. Very much a member of the 200+ MPH club. Already a Classic and Very Rare. 2006 '06' reg with 2,350 miles. White with Blue Stripe, Black Leather and Macintosh Stereo System
