1966-1970 FORD Cortina Mk II specifications

While the MkII Cortina used much of the old MkI for its underpinnings, its well-proportioned and boxy body was all new, helping to spearhead the move in the UK towards less curvaceous looks for cars during the tail end of the 1960s. Appreciative customers were given a multitude of different trim and engine options from 1297cc to 1599cc and quite austere saloons and estates through to sporty and posh Executive versions. Like the first generation, this family of Cortinas was also made for just four years and clocked up a million sales.
