1959-1967 FORD Anglia 105E/123E specificationshttp://www.classicandperformancecar.comClassic and Performance CarClassic and Performance Car
One of the most significant Fords ever, the Anglia 105E brought new levels of sophistication to small British Blue Ovals. At last, there was an eager overhead valve engine and nifty handling. These alone might have made the Anglia a family favourite, but allied to this was the eye-catching mini-Ford Thunderbird fins ‘n’ chrome styling and that infamous reverse-rake rear window, which was like nothing seen in Britain before. Estate versions arrived in 1961, closely followed by the 123E Super the following year.
