1960-1967 FIAT 1500 Cabriolet specifications

Predecessor to the better known Fiat Spider, the 1500 cabriolet was also only available in left-hand drive. That and prices that were grossly inflated by import duty meant that few reached UK shores. No reason why you couldn’t import from Europe though, where their numbers are much greater. Styling was by Pininfarina, which explains their passing resemblance to the Ferrari 275 GTS, only smaller, and much cheaper. Advanced for its time with a five-speed gearbox and disc brakes. Engines are tough and reliable.
