Elvis was a keen car collector and this ’55 was said to be his favourite, one of the few that he never gave away or sold. He bought it new for his mother, who never learnt to drive, and had it changed from blue to pink. Since 1982 it’s been on display at the Elvis Presley Automobile Museum, Gracelands.
