Ferrari Daytona v Testarossa v Maranello

The verdict

Which 12-cylinder Ferrari would you like?

The Daytona? Well, it isn’t often that you get the chance to own a true masterpiece, is it? At any price.
When it comes to sheer performance and entertainment for your money, the Testarossa is a winner, hands down, and if they weren’t good cars to boot, Ferrari wouldn’t have sold so many when they were new; trust me, they weren’t giving them away. Testarossas were supercars then and still are, so let the classic car market’s Inverse Law of Supply and Demand work in your favour for a change.

Think of the 550M as the next logical step up. It’s faster, more user-friendly and cheaper to maintain – if a tad less visceral, too, it must be said. The Daytona? Well, it isn’t often that you get the chance to own a true masterpiece, is it? At any price.
