The model that saved BMW in the 60's. This remarkable small light weight and extremely rare saloon has a original rust free shell which was totally stripped and resprayed in its original BMW white, including all new trim and badges approximately 15 years ago. The engine, gearbox and all the running gear have also been thoroughly restored and assembled onto the car. The front and rear seats have been reupholstered but the interior requires finishing. The head lining is fitted and we have all the necessary interior components including all the glass and seals the only missing item being the carpet (which is available from Woollies Trim) There are numerous rebuild photo's, extensive documentation and and an original factory supplied repair and maintenance manual. This would also be is a suitable pre 60's saloon for historic and Goodwood racing.
