Bizzarrini GT Strada 5300 (1965-1969) specifications

Bizzarrini GT Strada 5300 (1965-1969) specifications Classic and Performance Car

The Bizzarrini 5300 GT was a super GT car to take on the best from Ferrari

Taking the vast wealth of experience gained at Alfa Romeo and, more importantly, Ferrari, Giotto Bizzarrini set about creating the delectable GT Strada. Effectively a modified lightweight Iso Grifo clothed in a stunning and extremely low-line Giugiaro-styled set of clothes, this was a fully paid-up member of the supercar elite. As is the case with the Iso Grifo, the GT Strada is powered by a Chevrolet V8, which endows it with a very favourable power-to-weight ratio. A challenging car for gifted drivers, offered with glassfibre or aluminium body.
